Divisions

Four Divisions of the National Cultural Commission and their functions.

Executive Division
The Executive Division is responsible in overseeing three other  Divisions and co-ordinating the implementation of its overall Organisational five year plan.

Management Services
The Management Services Division is functionally responsible for provision of administrative services to the National Cultural Commission's Management processes, which includes the Secretariat and the three Cultural Institutions.
 
Policy, Planning & Research
This Division was created under the new National Cultural Commission Structure that was approved in 2001 and is responsible for co-ordinating and facilitating the cultural activities in-line with the Commission's objectives in the areas of Policy, Planning and Research.
Marketing, Festival & Cultural Extension Services
 This Division is responsible for co-ordinating and facilitating other cultural activities, especially in the area of Marketing, promotions, Festivals and Cultural Extension Services.
